IT asset disposition with a documented chain of custody from collection to destruction. Data sanitisation certified to NIST SP 800-88 Rev.1 and DoD 5220.22-M. Serialised certificates of destruction issued for every asset — auditable, board-grade records for compliance and cyber insurance purposes.
Retired assets graded, tested and remarketed through verified channels to recover maximum residual value. Transparent financial reporting on every sale — the return is credited directly to your account. Devices with no recoverable value proceed to responsible e-waste recycling.

Data security & chain of custody
Transportation logistics, data sanitisation, and responsible recycling represent the greatest risk in any IT asset disposition programme. A single gap in the chain of custody can result in a notifiable data breach, regulatory penalty or reputational damage that far outweighs the cost of getting it right.
System Squared maintains a documented chain of custody from the moment a device is decommissioned — through collection, transport, sanitisation and final disposition. Every step is recorded, every certificate is serialised, and every outcome is reported back to your IT and compliance team.
Sustainability & circular economy
We maximise asset reuse and minimise e-waste through a circular approach — extending life where possible, recovering value where practical, and recycling responsibly when neither applies.
Before a device is retired, we assess it for redeployment — upgrades, reassignment to different user tiers, or donation to charity and education programmes. Every additional year of productive life reduces capital spend and carbon footprint simultaneously.
Devices that have reached end-of-use but retain market value are graded, sanitised and sold through our verified resale channels. The revenue is returned to your organisation — turning a disposal cost into a partial refresh budget contribution.
End-of-life equipment is processed by certified e-waste recyclers. You receive a detailed Environmental Benefits Report quantifying CO₂ emissions avoided, kilograms of material diverted from landfill, and contribution to your organisation's annual sustainability targets.

Most IT providers manage small volumes of hardware through ad hoc logistics. System Squared operates a purpose-built integration centre engineered to handle enterprise-scale programmes — bulk receiving, high-throughput imaging, parallel configuration lines and mass deployment co-ordination, all under one chain of custody.
Our North West Sydney facility is purpose-sized for the most demanding rollouts in Australia. From 50 devices to 3,000 — the infrastructure, team and processes are in place to deliver without compromising timelines or accuracy.
